Current Students and Graduates
All transcripts are requested through the University Registrar's Office. Written requests for a transcript are required and should include information to identify the individual (e.g. birth date, social security number - only if necessary), address where the transcript is to be mailed, telephone number and/or e-mail address, and the signature of the student whose record it is. Signatures are required. Your written request form may be sent to the University Registrar via regular mail or faxed to 540-458-8045.
