Printing, Copying and Wireless Access

The Law Library is primarily for the use of law students and faculty.  Law students have 24 hour access via use of their University cards.  University cards are required by entry doors for access from late evening through early morning.

A wireless network is accessible throughout the law school.

Access to electronic databases is governed by the associated license agreement. Contractual provisions may restrict access to law students and law faculty.  Most law databases are IP authenticated for access.  This means that students and faculty must be physically present in the Law Library, access resources through the Law Library website.  Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg Law are accessed using individual passwords.  Passwords are issued at matriculation and are valid for three years subject to certain limitations.  Instructions for off campus access to IP restricted databases are available at http://law.wlu.edu/technology/page.asp?pageid=539
