Interlibrary Loan and Library Requests for Faculty

Law Library Circulation

Faculty members, including visiting and adjunct faculty members, receive borrowing privileges upon arrival.  Most books from the Law Library's general collection are available for circulation to faculty members for a semester.  Faculty members may renew books online. Loan periods for books borrowed through the University Library will vary depending on the material requested and the University Library's policies.

The Law Library offers document delivery from the Law Library, Leyburn Library, or the Science Library to our faculty and staff.  Requests received prior to noon will be delivered the same day to the requestor's office.  Requests received after noon will be delivered the following business day, or Monday for requests received after noon on Friday.

Library purchase recommendations and requests may be submitted to Caroline Osborne at osbornecl@wlu.edu.

Reference librarians work with the guidance of the faculty and within the guidelines of the library's collection development policy to enhance the existing collection. Questions regarding items of interest to support individual research, scholarship or lectures should be directed to Caroline Osborne.

Faculty gifts to the library, including hornbooks, texts and journals are welcome.  Please contact the Digital and Metadata Services Librarian Jennifer Mart-Rice at martricej@wlu.edu.
