WELCOME TO APALSA
The Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) strives to be an academic, social, and political arena for all students who are interested in learning about and supporting Asian and Asian American issues in the law.
By nurturing the professional development of its members, educating the legal community about Asian American needs in legal practice, participating in community service projects, and articulating the needs of its students to the faculty and administration, we seek to cultivate a supportive minority community at the Washington and Lee School of Law.

APALSA strives to serve our members, our law school, our national organization, and also our local community. Lexington, VA, is a small community but is a community that focuses on helping one another. W&L's APALSA is dedicated to helping serve the greater Lexington community.
This past year, APALSA held two fundraisers to raise money for the CareBox Project. The CareBox Project is a local organization that creates care boxes to send to Lexington men and women who are serving us overseas.
